I have loved the creative process since I was a kid. I've explored many visual mediums- from drawing cartoons, to carving and etching, to graphic design, to photography and filmmaking.
I've always been drawn to realistic portraits and figurative images. Recently I've also been branching into more contemporary, interpretive, and abstract works.
I was born in Denver, Colorado on September 25, 1975. I've traveled extensively and have lived in more homes than you would probably believe; these being spread throughout Colorado, New Hampshire, Maryland, and Hawaii. I carry these places with me in images of lava coastlines, East Coast architecture, mountain scenes with autumn leaves, and unique cultures.
I currently reside in Boulder, Colorado with my husband and two cats, where I work out of my in-home studio.
The past three years have been dominated by a large-scale house remodel. I'm looking forward to a finished home with a private studio that you can come and visit!
